Maitri School, wanted to create a memorable website.

The challenges
The site needed to be up fast
The school had just started, and there were many things to do. We had to work fast, and efficiently to bring the site up and running so that parents could stay updated.
There were many moving parts
Photo shoot. Video. Website. Testimonials. Admissions information. Fees. We had to get so much information just to make the site possible.
There were many stakeholders
The school had a board to answer to. The Ministry of Education. Many other important people too. We had to be careful with the information we placed.
How we did it
We took time to sit in their lessons and really understand why the students loved school so much, and communicated that through the website.
In person observations - to help us truly understand the organisation's character
We also kept talking over and over again to the staff, to figure out what it was about the school that made them love it so much, so that others could be drawn to work there.

Firstly, they were quick to execute on the project. We confirmed the project at the end of January. Within 2 weeks, they had completed a quick wireframe of the website, and had also started the video shoot. Within 7 weeks, they had completed the site, with 28 different pages.
